Worst customer service ever. No refund or return of purchase, took over 35 days for delivery. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I understand we are in difficult times but for a company that prides itself on quick delivery, my order of hand sanitizer which was said to be in stock, took over 35 days to receive in addition to pay $17.00 for shipping. During this whole time, I was unable to call or e mail in an attempt cancel this order as customer service phone number was not taking calls and e mail address provided was not valid.
I ordered 1 gallon of gel for $70, I know it's high priced, anyway it came a month later and excited to finally receive it. Opened and put some on my hands. I was omg this sticks like vomit. Couldn't get the smell washed off. I looked back online where I purchased. It says no refunds. What a waste of money. It stinks bad not sure how it works but I know if I used it I'm certain people wouldn't come around me. There is your social distancing!

Please do not trust or waste your time writing Product Reviews on Bulk Apothecary. I purchased a slew of small sized Fragrance Oils from here that did not much smell like they were explained or expected to & that needed the real Truth posted about them for other Customers who were considering to purchase them. I took & used my Product reviewing efforts to help others out by reviewing the Fragrance Oils that I purchased from here, typing up about them & what they smelled like to me. Bulk Apothecary chose to anonymously & rudely not post any of my 1 & 2 Star Fragrance Reviews that I wrote. I know this & have confirmed it as for, I just did a Checkup on their Website on the Products that I previously wrote Reviews about to now notice & find out that none of them been posted!!
Therefore, they are most likely doing this to all or most of their Customers who do not & are not leaving 4 & 5 Star Product Reviews on the Products that they sell as for, they are apparently afraid of their Sales going down because of their Customers 1 & 2 Star Product Reviews on their Products they sell. Please do not trust or waste your time or efforts like I did on Bulk Apothecary to type up & review Products that you are not going to give perfect 4 & 5 Stars to because they will not be posted & will simply be boycotted, deleted & ignored as I have seen & experienced with my efforts here.
Seriously. I can't tell if they sell soap making stuff, retail rejects or expired teriyaki sauce with a side of belt buckles and failed fashion brands. Maybe a joke company?
Can't believe I'm doing this but this company is a big SCAM. They will not only take your money and LIE to you by telling you that its fast shipping but they also charge high shipping fees and don't let customers know that they will be import fees! So after waiting patiently for my order I'm also paying MORE in shipping that the actual cost of the item. It'll be nice if they could just BE HONEST on the website stating that they're out of stock indeed they LIEE and use your money to purchase The items.
Coming from an unbiased standpoint, my bulk order was simply great. Came in a business weeks time but well worth the price. I will be coming back.
Ordered $600 worth of stuff. They missed one $15 item and they nearly make it impossible to get the item they forgot to ship in the first place. Will never order from them again. I could understand if I had said I didn't receive a box of palm oil or an expensive oil but a $15 item out of a $600 order. There are many other places I can get what I need.
I purchased 500 dollars worth of bulk essential oils for my candle business and they are absolutely horrible! The cheapest essential oils I have ever worked with. They smell good out of the bottle but once put in a lit candle they have the most repulsive smell! Almost like a very strong gas. I can't use any of these products in my candles. I have no idea why they are so bad. A huge disappointment and waste of money.
Please Stay away from this fraudulent company products.. they never provide a quality product on time, will charge you too much .. it’s really crazy. I ordered a product (hand Sanitizer for emergency) on April 1st week of 2020, never received in 2 weeks, order cancelled end of April, they send me the product end of May, the product doesn’t have a quality and filthy (rotten smell).. while I used it feels kind of glue rotten hand sanitizer ... I tried to return the product unfortunately their response really surprised, once shipped the item they never take it back. Please stay this scam company.
I made a bulk order of the 4oz Amber glass bottles, which on the site are advertised with the droppers, and when I received my order, it was only the glass bottles, no lids or droppers included. This was a HUGE setback as I am a small business and not receiving the accurate product caused a delay in being able to deliver to my customers in time. And then I called to return the product and they refused to refund the full cost of what I paid to receive the product that they falsely advertised. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
First time site user. I ordered 2 bottles of my daily fragrance because the price was so much less than anywhere. I felt it was too good to be true. I read the reviews and saw all the negative reviews were hand sanitizer and I understand how difficult that item was to deal with so I gave them a pass. I'm glad I did! 2 days later and I'm restocked prob for the year but thrilled with the price, follow up from customer service, and quick delivery. I'll be shopping here more often for sure!
First they sent my orders to the wrong customer in a WRONG state, then the second time they sent the totally wrong mold with a wrong size! Very incompetent. never again! I do not recommend this company!
I placed and order over $250.00 they sent me the wrong item. Since Covid orders take 3 weeks to arrive. The website says 2-5 days, I had to call and find this out. Then I received the wrong item. I contacted them and was told that they could only send out correct item after they received wrong item. So my replacement would have taken and additional 4 to 5 weeks to receive after waiting the 3 weeks already. I placed an order with another company to receive it faster. I paid more but received in with in 6 days of ordering. I asked for an exchange or refund. They don't do exchanges... and my refund they can't refund sales tax! This practice is illegal. I would not purchase from this company. Horrible customer service and keeping of sales tax.
Bulk apothecary pulled a classic bait & switch with products. For 3 years we ordered thousands of dollars every month in beeswax to make our products. In 2020 for whatever reason they decided to send a totally different wax than what we had been using, with NO notification. Our production facilities in two different states used this sub. Wax,( I never knew it was different) and SHTF with our products. Melt point was different, color was not stable, peroxide residue on the wax., returns, complaints, and melted products. The problems were many. The SDS didn't even match the product. Had to become a detective to figure out what happened. Now, call to complain and all I get is, yeah, it's hard when we use different suppliers, there's no guarantee which wax you will get. So. Send it back, and they PARTIALLY refund an 1,100.00 Order. After 3 years, thousands I'd dollars purchased every month? Nope, they lost our business for good. Not only is this bad customer service, it's dangerous if you are formulating products for customers; and you can't be sure if the purity of ingredients. Businesses owners beware.

Yes, Their Customer Service people, and the Managers are rude to customers. I also experience severely delayed shipments.

Terrible customer service! I suggest taking your business else ware. They were rude and un helpful, and did not take care of charging me incorrectly.

They are constantly changing the shipping date for items allegedly in stock. Total bs that it takes 3 weeks to put items in a box and ship.
No delay in charging my credit card though
Totaly misrepresented and possibly a fraud
